About

CROP-Michele-9-17-09In 25 years of experience in governmental communications, I have learned that listening to what the client wants is the first step in producing excellent writing and in creating a project that, ultimately, pleases the client.

I have taken that experience, mixed it with native intelligence, common sense and a healthy sense of humor, to offer reliable services in writing and online research.

Also, I’m blessed with an agile mind that’s a quick study, attributes that produce strong, clear copy.

In case you’re wondering…

I earned my Bachelor’s degree from Montclair State University in Broadcasting and Psychology; my Certificate in Copywriting from New York University, studying under award-winning direct response copywriter Richard Armstrong; my Master in Library & Information Science from Rutgers University, on IMLS scholarship, under the Laura Bush 21st Century Librarian Grant; and have completed the Landmark Worldwide Curriculum for Living.
